Shipping Policy

Your order will be delivered via your local postal service. Your orders will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours, then will take 6-15 days to be delivered depending on your location.

Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and local delivery services. Rest assured, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

Shipping

Our Shipping can generally be separated into two parts:

PROCESSING TIME: 

Our processing time consists of order verification, product tailoring, product quality check, and packaging. Due to the high volume of orders at the moment, our current processing time is 1-3 business days. 

SHIPPING TIME:

The shipping time refers to the time your order takes from being shipped out to being delivered to your doorstep. 

Orders will be shipped from our international warehouses depending on which is closest to your residency. We mainly ship from our warehouse locations in the US, UK and Germany. However, if these warehouses are out of stock, your order will be shipped directly from our hub in East Asia to reduce waiting times. 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly in order to avoid unwanted delays or extra shipping fees. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to change your shipping address, please write to us at support@nuviaco.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

If it's too late for our team to make changes on your order, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it again to the correct address.

RETURNS

By placing an order at Nuvia, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to us. Please refer to our returns policy for further information on how to refund your package.
